FLUSH MOUNT TURNTABLE LIFTS

The built-in turntable is essentially flush to the table platform in a clean, uncluttered design. The turntable bearings and support are under the platform and do not substantially increase the lowered height over that of comparable lifts without turntables. The turntable sits only 3/16" higher than the surrounding platform and is rotationally locked when the lift is in the full down position. Flush Mount turntable lifts are available in standard Southworth Backsaver Lift capacities to 4000 lbs. Turntables are available in 2 sizes; 20" and 43" diameter and are fitted into a limited number of platform sizes. The 43" diameter model can even be pit mounted. Available in power driven or manual configurations.

* This price does not include the oversized platform adder or bevel toeguard adder, which must be added to the price of the lift table.  Pit mounted lifts with Flush Mount turntable and bevel toeguards have a minimum lowered height of 8-7/8. Not suitable for washdown application.

Notes:

1. De-rate the capacity of the lift by the weight of the turntable
2. Rotational lock is not available on the 20" diameter turntable.
3. For surface mounted applications, the rotational lock can be disabled (removed) if the customer chooses.
4. Rotational lock is not available on portable lifts.

Mounted Turntables
Virtually any standard Southworth lift can be furnished with a turntable. Turntables are mounted directly onto the lift platform and are available in a wide range of capacities, configurations, and bearing types. Southworth turntables may be placed directly on the floor or mounted on fixed height platforms. They are available in capacities up to 6,000 lbs. and sizes to 60" by 60"

Note: capacity of lift table must be de-rated by the weight if the turntable.  Prices shown are for non-pit mounted units.  Lift table platform may be the minimum width (24") to support any of the above standard turntables.

Turntable skirts (to guard space between turntable and lift table) Add $160

Electric interlock are required for turntables when mounted to a lift which will be pit mounted.  Lift must have platform same size as turntable and lift mist have bevel toeguards, not included in price shown.  For pit mounting turntable on lift: Add $380.

For corner support to minimize deflection when loading with pallet jack: Add $125

Turntable Ring
Turntables rings are low profile turntables that are fully supported by bearings around their entire periphery. They may be mounted or simply placed on any stable surface that will support their loaded weight. This includes lift tables, fixed height platforms on floors. When used with lift tables or platforms, the turntable ring diameter must be less than the smallest dimension of the platform. The diameter is 43 5/8" and turntable rings are available in capacities to 4,400 lbs.

PalletPal Disc Turntable
Low-profile design, less than 1" high, allows Palletpal Disc Turntables to accept a hand pallet jack. The turntable can be easily moved throughout the plant. The 43" diameter is ideally sized to handle most pallets. Available in capacities to 4,000 lbs.
