PORTABLE DRUM ROTATOR
MODEL P201 SERIES
Compact, portable, mixer and drain stand rolls
closed drum to agitate contents. Since the drum is closed there is no
worker exposure, less clean-up.

- Stand just 19¼" tall to make loading and unloading
easier
- Has built-in retractable tipping lever to assist loading
- Sides and back are enclosed to protect the drive
- Efficient handling of liquid loads up to 500 Lb. (227 kg) at any of the
available factory set drum speeds
- Capacity:
400 Lb. (182 kg) of dry load at 10 RPM
300 Lb. (136 kg) at 20 RPM
250 Lb. at 30 RPM
- Specify your choice of speed when ordering.
When ordering it is possible to encode the drum speed and motor
type into the model number. For example model P201/20-1 has 20 RPM
drum speed and single phase TEFC motor set for 115V. P201/20-E1 has
Explosion Proof single phase motor.
MODEL P201VS VARIABLE SPEED ROTATOR

Similar to model P201, but the transmission allows the user to vary the
drum speed from 10 to 24 RPM
- Ideal for experimental use
- Some users
prefer fast initial rolling and reduced speed for continued, gentle
agitation.

MODEL P201B PORTABLE
ROTATOR
- This version has a pair of belts between rollers instead of two rows
of rollers to turn the drum
- Belts allow it to roll fibre drums
weighing up to 300 Lb.
- P201B is available with the same factory set
drum speed and motor types as model P201

CAN IDLER ATTACHMENT
- Optional for Models P201 and P201VS rotators
- Extends usefulness of rotator to roll cylindrical
cans
- Comes complete with adjustable spacers and mounts
- Not for Model P201B
Install Morse Rotators in accordance with OSHA requirements
for enclosure and interlock, etc. For OSHA compliance, see OSHA
subpart O.1910.212 "General requirements for all machines."
Power connections and motor controls must comply with applicable
codes.
