• Productive handler combines incredible strength with simple drum handling by one person

MODEL P400A-60 Hand pump lift, Hand Crank Tilt.  

• First in a series of manually operated Hydra-Lift Karriers
• Lifts and pours at up to 60" dispensing height
• 72", 84" and 96" models have different dimensions for more lift
• Model P400A-72 has 72" maximum dispensing height
• Model P400A-84 has 84", P400A-96 has 96" maximum
• Model P400A-60 has hand crank
• 72", 84", 96" models have pull chain and chain wheel

MODEL P400A-60-120 Electric Power Lift Option #120 is the 115V AC motor powered hydraulic lift package.

• Power lift makes drum handling easier and faster. Hand valve controls lift and lower motions
• Manual tilt control is not changed by this option
• Plug, cord and a simple on-off switch are included

MODEL P400A-60-124 (Not shown) Air Motor Power Lift Option #124 is the power lift, manual tilt package.

• Vane type air motor instead of electric motor
• Filter, regulator, lubricator and valve are available at extra cost
• Option #114 (not shown) has air motor powered hydraulic lift and a second valve for controlling the hydraulically driven drum tilt

• Deep cycle battery provides self contained power
• Charger is included for wall or shelf mount
• Option #115 (not shown) has battery powered hydraulic lift and a second valve for controlling the hydraulically powered drum tilt

• Same as Option #120, but with second valve to control to power the drum tilt function
• Existing manual models can be converted to power lift
• Order power lift option for "Field Installation", such as O-120FI, O-124FI, or O-125FI.
• To order complete units with power options, use the option number as a suffix on manual model number
• Example: Model P400A-60-120 is the 60" dispensing height model equipped with AC power lift and manual tilt.

• Self-stopping hand crank and gear covers in place of chain wheel. Order with suffix code -X01.
• Hand crank (simple type, not self-stopping) and gear covers in place of chain wheel. Order suffix code -X02
• Hand wheel and gear covers in place of chain wheel. Order suffix code -X03

• Chain tightening ratchet and spring loaded pawl assembly has oversize, specially contoured teeth and redundant safety features for reliability and ease of use

• New solid steel band drum holder has the Morse name boldly cut through it. This clear marking permanently identifies it as a genuine Morse drum handler

Raises, transports, rotates, tilts and drains fully loaded drums.

• Remarkable versatility!
• Carries the full weight of drum
• Fingertip operated locks secure raised drum
• Can lock drum in vertical position to avoid spills
• Can lock drum in horizontal position for draining through a faucet
• When unlocked, the drum may be turned end-over-end to agitate contents or tipped and held manually at any angle
• Simple to move and steer on its 8" Mortuf (polyolefin) roller bearing wheels and 4" swivel caster
• Capacity: 800 Lb. (363 kg)
• Shipped partly disassembled to save freight costs
• MODEL P80A is for handling standard 55 gallon steel drums
• MODEL P80A-M available with spark resistant parts
