| There's a price you pay when you specify torture-tested transfer equipment, designed and built with expertise acquired only through 80 years of experience. And there's a price you pay when you don't. The quality and reliability of Justfite safety cans are backed by some of most rigorous tests in the industry. Tests for fire stability, drop tests for shock resistance, pressure tests for leakage, hydrostatic pressure tests for rupture, repetitive operation tests for endurance and flexibility. Even our manufacturing procedures are tested at regular intervals to ensure that every can we make meets the same high standards. | |
Our state-of-the art powder coat paint finish brings to the marketplace products unsurpassed in quality and performance. After the cans are cleaned and dried, an electrostatic charge magnetically attracts the powder paint for complete coverage. The product is then conveyed through a 375' oven which melts and fuses the powder to create a superior no-drip, high gloss finish which resists solvents, acids and alkalies and inindzes the effects of corrosion and humidity. The durable finish can withstand twice the abrasive type abuse as other types of finishes. Justrite's improved technology provides you with products that not only look great year after year but have a longer product life cycle. And with no VOC emission, our manufacturing process is friendly to the environment. The rigorous testing that goes into every component of our safety can is characteristic of the testing that goes into every component of our entire hazardous liquids transfer system. So you know that you're getting the best. |
